Cancellation and Refunds
You have an unconditional right to cancel a distance order up to 14 days after the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If the Consumer Contract Regulations do apply you can cancel your furniture by notifying us, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.
We aim to arrange collection during normal business hours. You will be contacted by our team 2-3 days in advance and informed about collection date and time. A collection charge of £70 will be made to cover the cost of collecting the items. Delivery charge will not be refunded. This charge will be calculated according to the number of items to be returned. It's your responsibility to refrain of using the goods within the cancellation - collection perid as well as to make goods available for collection.
If the furniture aimed to be collected from you under the Return Policy is not in satisfactory condition, dirty or wearing visible signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse collection. It's your responsibility to keep the original packaging.
Money will be refunded in cash on collection (minus the collection charge) when payment has been made cash on delivery. Otherwise, it will be refunded to your Pay Pal or bank account within 14 days.
Some our of products are strictly made to order and colours and fabrics are customised according to your requirements, in such case you will be offered a "Bespoke Order Form'' to sign and the cancellation or returns do not apply. Payment in full, in advance, is required when placing a Bespoke order.
